There are potential possibilities for potential church planters, church partners, pastors, movement leaders to preach, teach, share testimonies, network depending on the circumstances, scheduling, and timing of your visit. WHAT? A one, two, or three day experience exploring the places and people of America’s Founding and Spiritual Awakenings. Experience the good, the bad, the ugly of our spiritual foundations and the expanding church in America.
WHEN? Most Anytime. A typical tour is one, two, or three days. We can’t go everywhere in one day, yet even in one day we cover a lot of ground! We can usually make things work at anytime. Coming in the winter to New England isn’t necessarily the best idea, as the here snow is largely unpredictable. We typically give tours spring through fall and avoid the cold, snowy, icy winter months.
WHERE? The villages, towns, cities, and suburbs of old and the new New England! The place of the Pilgrims, The Mayflower, The Salem Witch Trials, Northampton the epicenter of the Great Awakening, The Haystack Prayer Meeting the place of the beginning of the Worldwide Mission Movement, The DL Moody Homestead, Grave, and Auditorium. Yale and the Christian University Movement. And much more!
WHY? We are unashamed in stating that we want you to fall in love with New England, once the center of spiritual revival, now only holding a spark of spiritual life, but quickly catching fire again. We want you to catch the vision for New England. According to George Barna the five most post-Christian cities in America are in New England. But if all you do is come on the tours and have your faith built up, we’re in! Come to New England! We’ll enjoy the adventure in fellowship together!
HOW? These tours are customizable to whatever fits your needs. We want you to experience the foundations of faith, early American church expansion, as well as the dramatic decline and change in the spiritual temperature in New England. We want you to experience the adventures in the founding of our nation. With enough notice we’re flexible and can make most anything work.
